Doctor Eng. Boris PLAHTEANU, for the Paper \u201cNicola Tesla \u2013 Genius of Light and Energy, Integral of Inventions\u201d. <\/p>\n\n<p>The \u201cCarol Davila\u201d Award for Medicine was awarded to Acad. Prof. Doctor Lauren\u0163iu Mircea POPESCU, for the Paper \u201cFundamental Scientific Research on Telocytes\u201d. <\/p>\n\n<p>The \u201cConstantin Br\u00e2ncu\u015fi\u201d Award for Art and Culture was awarded to Master Sorin ILFOVEANU, for the personal exhibition \u201cDrawings 2008-2011\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The &#8220;Nicolae Titulescu&#8221; Award for Diplomacy and Political Science<\/strong> was awarded to Mr. Mihai BOTOROG, for the Project: Coordinating the safe evacuation operation of Romanian civilians from Libya, February 2011.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The &#8220;Eugeniu Carada&#8221; Award for Economics<\/strong> was awarded to Doctor Cristian P\u0102UNESCU and Historian Marian \u015eTEFAN, for the work \u201cThe Treasure of the National Bank of Romania in Moscow\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The event took place at the Romanian Athenaeum and was held in partnership with the Romanian Academy and with the support of 12 universities in Romania.
